Merchandise returned after 10 days from delivery is subject to a restocking fee of 15%-25%. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days unless special prior arrangements have been made.

If you received a wrong item or a product that is defective, please contact us to provide for Delivery Pick up for refund, replacement or exchange of merchandise.
Western and English saddles are returnable under special conditions. Please inquire about our terms.

Please check each product you purchase to check the shipping delay time. Some products do not reside in our Ohio warehouse and have a longer lead time before shipment. The item on your order with the longest lead time will determine the number of days before your package leaves our warehouse. A tracking number is sent at the time of shipment so you will know when to expect your package. We are located in Millersburg, Ohio. USA.
We use UPS or US Postal Service to deliver your package based on your location. Average order delivery time is 7-10 days.
Saddles & other F.O.B items may have an added shipping & handling fee added in and may be subject to additional charges. Please contact ahead of purchase for details.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: A seperate invoice will be sent prior to shipment of your order with additional shipping charges. These are actual charges and do not include any handling fees, taxes, or duties.
FOR RUSH ORDERS: Please contact us prior to ordering. Not all items are in stock at the time of order placement.

We ship UPS or US Postal Mail for USA deliveries and as appropriate for International Deliveries. We treat International Orders on an individual basis regarding shipping.
** Please note:** We reserve the right to adjust, up or down, the shipping charges on orders outside the USA. We will always e-mail you with the correct shipping charges for your approval before we charge your credit card.
International customers: Rates do not include Duties, Taxes or VAT(Value Added Tax) charges. Duties and taxes at destination will be billed to the receiver. Out of Country Shipping and Overnight Shipments will be charged based on weight and location and will be provided by quote.

You must report any claims for damage or missing items directly to the delivery carrier. It is the carrier's responsibility for merchandise damaged in shipping. They will notify us in order to reship damaged items.
Credits and Refunds will be issued within 10-14 days from receipt of returned merchandise. Once a week shipping and receiving inspects returned item(s) the paperwork is then processed and transferred to accounting. Accounting applies credits and issues refunds once a week.
Sales Tax will be added for residents of Ohio only. (Required by law).
